The site is located in Jing'an District. It was originally the Shanghai Paper Machinery Factory. The design adopted the mechanical aesthetics of the original site context and transformed it into the main elements of the building facade. It was cut and combined to create a facade expression with multi layers and a three-dimensional sense.

Continuing the building materials of Phases 1, 2 and 3 of Mingyuan, the main materials are solid and warm beige granite, which is matched with the distressed metal copper plates to restore the classics and create timelessness.

Combined with the urban greening concept of Mingyuan Urban Forest, we conducted in-depth landscape planning, spatial layout, building facade and detail design. Endow the building with elegant and romantic humanistic feelings and create a new eco-friendly urban environment.

The main facade expression of the residence follows the principle of classical proportions and division, and combines modern exquisite craftsmanship details with a full, restrained, simple and fashionable design style to create a graceful, low-key and elegant mansion pattern that is completely unique to Mingyuan Urban Forest.

The modern and simple arch style condenses the business energy, enhances the business layout and creates a high-end and boutique business atmosphere.
