Since this office building with three basements is dedicated to commercial exhibition activities, a rollerblade rink was introducesd at its center along with various other commercial exfacilities, with the intention of creating an underground city plaza, where a glass sky-bridge of 30 meters connects the shopping areas on both sides. An overwhelming amount of metal and glass was adopted for this vibrant interior in order to offer the extreme sports-enthusiastic teenagers a dynamic shopping pattern.
