Songnan Town Civic Centre, located on South Changjiang Road, Baoshan District (Shanghai), has completed the structure and started the curtain wall stage. The construction is expected to be completed in 2019.

The project covers a total area of 24,770㎡ and a total construction area of 34,465㎡. The Civic Centre consists of a high-rise building and six multi-storey single buildings. Its functions include cultural, sportive, scientific and technological activities, exhibitions, performance services, logistics management offices and other auxiliary supporting spaces.
